Conditions of Participation

Only one entry per person is permitted. Participation:

• is free of charge and without obligation to purchase
• is reserved for persons of legal age who are resident in Switzerland at the start of the competition.

Not eligible to participate are:

• Employees of Securitas Direct and their relatives as well as authorised agencies and their personnel.

Deadline
The closing date for each competition will be stated in the publication.

Drawing of lots
Securitas Direct reserves the right to request proof in order to verify the participant's eligibility.
Refusal to provide such proof will result in exclusion from participation and from winning.

Prizes
Winners will be notified by telephone or in writing and each prize will only be awarded once.
Prizes cannot be exchanged or converted into cash.

Personal data
Securitas Direct reserves the right to publish the anonymised data of the winners on its website or in its publications. The personal data of the participants will be used exclusively in connection with the competition and for advertising purposes. Consent can be revoked at any time.

The data will be kept for as long as necessary and in accordance with data protection laws.

Legal recourse is excluded.
